Green Forest residential neighbourhood
The Green Forest project is our first project in Ternat. This neighbourhood close to the south town entrance, features classic style, mid-range housing. With a dedicated resident-only parking area, a small fountain, benches, and plenty of recycling bins, this neighbourhood was made to take mid-range housing and turn it into an enjoyable place to stay. Rent starts from just 100 Skibbles / Person / Month.

Schell Farms
The Schell Farms project consists of multiple farm fields and processing buildings, located south of Ternat. There is a cattle farm, vegetable farm, crop farm, vineyard, and hop farm.
Schell Investments currently has two active contracts. We are delivering hop to Yellow Hill Hospitality Investments. This is used in their brewery to produce a wide variety of alcoholic beverages.
Besides that, we also deliver wheat from our crop farms to Owl's Eye Corporation. This used in their flower mills.
